Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our products ship from partner warehouses, and some items in one order may ship separately.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the product and where it ships from. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather, or customs checks.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Duties and taxes

Some orders may be charged import duties or taxes by customs in your country. These are set by your government and aren't included in our prices.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before it ships.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after its latest estimated delivery date, email contact@beamworks.store and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
