By using beamworks.store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and fitment

We list the chassis and model years each product fits. It's your responsibility to confirm fitment before ordering. Product photos may show a car or setup that differs slightly from yours, and colours can look different on different screens.

Installation and use

We recommend professional installation. You're responsible for installing products safely and correctly. Some lighting products, such as coloured underglow and certain coloured lights, may not be legal for use on public roads where you live. They are sold for show and off-road use. It's your responsibility to follow the laws in your area. Beamworks isn't responsible for fines, damage, or injury caused by installation or use.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless shown otherwise, and can change without notice. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we do, you'll get a full refund.

Returns and refunds

See our refund policy. All sales are final, except for damaged, defective, wrong, or undelivered items.

Trademarks

Beamworks is an independent store and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG. Vehicle names and chassis codes are used only to describe fitment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
